Meaning of life

recently i heard about very beautiful and meaningful statement.

if I born poor that's not my fault,
but if i die poor that's completely my fault,

and this is true we live in a world where people try to blame other for their losses, no matter they put this on their family's problem, climate, situations and so on.
they don't want to take responsibility in their life and that cause the failure conditions because they have excuses already to blame someone and they don't  effort it to overcome from the loss.
it's not your fault that what God give you when you born in world, but after receiving life you don't use the opportunities and hard work than in this condition you are responsible for that.
